The test recruited 375 category users (125 for each product) and followed a two-step process: first, consumers browsed the concept introduction of one product online; then, they received the physical product for trial and provided feedback.
Additionally, the brand used the platform’s supplementary tool, Sensory Portrait™. With the help of MMR’s professional sensory evaluation team, this tool enabled an objective analysis of the product’s sensory experience and identified core advantages that could be used for differentiated competition.
